Conditions to validate the Exchange and Return Policies.

  3. The garments must arrive in perfect condition, without odors, stains, or any other type of degradation due to use or alteration.
  4. The time to request an exchange is 24 hours, from having received your order in our system
  5. We do not have the refund option, however, when you want to make a product change, a coupon will be created for the amount corresponding to your purchase, it does not include shipping.

 

Products

A description of each product for sale at summerromero.com is available on that product's page. Some of our items are available in different colors. Because all of our products are handmade, there may be slight color and design variations between what you see on the screen and what you receive.

Being unique garments, you can only request a change of garment and / or item; the exact same model cannot be requested.

If you want a model in another size, you can request a special order by writing an email to gaia@summerromero.com or a Direct Message to our Instagram summer. Number with a reference photo and size that you would like, along with Name, Telephone and Address of Shipping. In this case, the purchase will be made directly and the payment will be by transfer, shipping costs and time are subject to the information received in your email.

 

Availability

As all our products are handmade, delivery times will be determined after an order has been placed and it has been 100% paid. The time needed to produce any item can vary between 10 to 20 business days.

If an item is in stock, the only factor that determines the delivery time is shipping.

Receiving our products

If you receive an item purchased from summerromero.com that has been damaged, please notify us by email at gaia@summerromero.com within 24 hours of delivery. Your email must include detailed information on the state of the product when you received it, as well as the state of the packaging, and must include photographs. Summerromero.com will conduct an investigation with our shipping companies and determine the best course of action with you based on the results of the consultation.

 

Shipping selection

Before finalizing the purchase, you must carefully choose your shipping type, and the location of it. If you get to have an error and the shipping address is different from your selection or country, you must pay the difference in the amount, when the shipping of your order is greater than the one you selected.

For example: If your shipment is to the Mexican Republic and you selected Mexico City by mistake, you must write to us at gaia@summerromero.com We will give you the necessary information so that you can pay off the difference to the account number that will be provided once your email is received. In the event that when we review your order we come to see this discrepancy, we will notify you so that you can deposit the difference. You have 24 hours to notify us and make the required deposit, otherwise SUMMER ROMERO is not responsible for selection error.

The completion of the shipment is subject to all payments, both the purchase order and the correct shipment, have been successfully completed.

If you get to choose an International option and you are in the National area, you can request a coupon with the value of difference in amount. It will be valid for one year, by writing an email to gaia@summerromero.com. The coupon must be processed within 24 hours of your order.

In any case not provided for in all of the above, SUMMER ROMERO reserves the right to make the decision it deems appropriate.

 

 

Domestic shipping

The estimated delivery time for orders within the Mexican Republic is 4 to 10 business days after your order is finished and ready to ship.

SUMMER ROMERO is not responsible for delays, extra costs, due to weather, delivery carrier factors, regulations or any other unforeseen factors.

 

 

International delivery

Estimated delivery time for orders to the United States is 7 to 20 business days, depending on the country.

SUMMER ROMERO is not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, extra costs, international customs regulations or any other unforeseen factors.

Repairs

SUMMER ROMERO repairs your part for free as long as possible and feasible at the discretion of summerromero.com. We want your products to have a long life and it is our commitment to leave the least trace on planet Earth, Gaia.

If you are interested in a repair, send us an email to gaia@summerromero.com, if it is something you can do yourself we will give you instructions on how to do it, otherwise you should bear in mind that you are responsible for paying all costs shipping associated with repair.
