EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

 

 

SUMMER ROMERO does not accept returns but offers exchanges.

If you are not satisfied with the received product, it didn't fit you or it has production defects, do not worry! You can make exchanges in your order, sending an email to gaia@summerromero.com, explain why you want to make the change and we will tell you the steps to follow and if it is feasible.

All exchanges must be arranged within 15 days of delivery of the items in question. Please note that you are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with the exchange, and the items being exchanged must not have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

It is important to consider that by involving handmade work by our team of artisans, all products become unique and unrepeatable, so they may have unique features of this type of activity.

We are constantly monitoring that your package reaches you in a timely manner. When notifying us of reception, in specific cases we will contact you to verify your delivery. Similarly, it is your responsibility to contact us at gaia@summerromero.com and notify us as soon as you have received it and it´s status.

 

Cancel or change an order before it is shipped

If for any reason you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, you can do so within 24 hours by sending a request by email to gaia@summerromero.com indicating in detail what changes you wish to make, this could affect the total initial amount depending on the case , which must be paid before sending the package. Wait for a response from a member of our team.
